VSEYO is a video-enabled contact center that runs on any number of Apple iPhones and is suitable for small and medium sized businesses. The app includes industrial strength switching and call routing capabilities, just like those found in commercial contact centers. VSEYO is a platform for providing video chat outreach to important clients. Applications include: customer service, concierge services, sales, professional services, and voter outreach, with new and innovative use cases being discovered all the time.

VSEYO is consumer-friendly. Its primary function is to support inbound video calls by consumers. Outbound calling is enabled only after consumers make contact with a business.

The app is both provider and consumer facing. Consumers see a simple interface that lets them make video calls to their favorite businesses. Consumers can also share their experiences on Twitter and Facebook.

Providers are divided into two groups: (1) business managers and (2) staff. Business owners create an account, configure the call routing logic, pay the bills, and other housekeeping tasks. Staff accounts are for employees. This kind of account limits a user to answering and returning video calls.

Both the business manager and the employees make use of a utilitarian dashboard that aids them to route and distribute calls among up to 5 departments---or Teams. Calls can be routed simultaneously by one or more of: (1) language skills, (2) consumer rating, (3) consumer proximity, (4) last department to answer, or (5) last person to answer.

The dashboard also provides current information about business and video chat activity with consumers. Key metrics are the number of agents available to a business; the number of agents currently online and answering calls; and the number of agents in each department (or "Agent Team"). The number of video calls received and messages left for the business by consumers are also displayed for instant reference. These statistics can be displayed for different time periods: current day, current week, current month, and current year.

The messages screen is where provider video chat agents review and respond to messages. Messages are marked as video calls received or messages left by consumers. When an agent returns a call, the message is marked as returned.

Provider facing app settings are reserved primarily for business owners. This is where all of the configuration, marketing, housekeeping, and account finances are managed. Employees, or agents, do not have access to most functions in this area of the app since these are business management functions.

In all, VSEYO is a sophisticated platform for small and medium sized businesses to better manage client relations with video chat. It is a safe place to share personally and do business. VSEYO does not collect or share personal information and all communications are encrypted for privacy.
